Before making important decisions, a variety of options should first be
considered. At the inception of our Program, we followed this wise

The content quality of these types of formats may indeed be good to
excellent; however, these formats simply deliver content in a process
known as "information dumping". Information dumping significantly

A more effective method sub-divides the information of any given
subject matter into "bite-sized" pieces or small increments that are
